SEQUIM — Mike Gallagher and Lindsey Schromen-Wawrin will present “Water Law in Washington: Who Owns the Water and What Are Our Rights” from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday.
The presentation will be in the City Council chambers at City Hall, 152 W. Cedar St.
The presentation is part of the Story of Water in Depth series sponsored by the League of Women Voters of Clallam County.
Gallagher works for the state Department of Ecology and Schromen-Wawrin is an attorney at Shearwater Law PLLC as well as a member of the Port Angeles City Council.
Yacht club to meet
SEQUIM — Perry Knudson will address a meeting of the Sequim Bay Yacht Club from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday.
The club meets at John Wayne Marina, 2577 West Sequim Bay Road.
Knudson, managing director at Armstrong Marine, will discuss the wide array of vessels that the company builds at its Port Angeles facility.

Genealogy and pizza
PORT ANGELES — The Clallam County Genealogical Society will host “Wednesday Webinar with Pizza” from noon to 3 p.m. Wednesday.
The webinar will be shown at the society’s research center located at 402 E. Lauridsen Blvd.
The webinar is free and open to the public, but a $5 donation is requested from those who want to share in the pizza.

PORT TOWNSEND — The Food Co-op will host “Lunch and Learn: Immune Boosting for Winter Wellness” from noon to 1 p.m. Wednesday.
The class will be held at the co-op’s annex, 2110 Lawrence St.
The class will cover simple ways you can use food and herbs to stay healthy or to get well faster.
The class cost $5 per person, it is free for co-op members.

The free storytelling event will be at Discovery Bay Brewing, 948 N. Park Ave.
Stories are limited to 5-6 minutes in length.
PORT HADLOCK — Pete Gartlan will present a lecture on divisive issues from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday.
The lecture is part of the four-part series, “Divisive Issues in Our Time,” at the Jefferson County Library, 620 Cedar Ave.
Gartlan, a criminal appellate attorney, will discuss the history and possible future of abortion rights under the federal constitution.
The lecture series is co-sponsored by the library and by Quimper Unitarian Universalist Adult Learning Programs.
