LIVINGSTON, NJ — The Livingston Health Department (LHD), in conjunction with Saint Barnabas Medical Center (SBMC), is offering a free virtual presentation on healthy eating on Monday, July 13, from 11 a.m. to noon via Zoom.

Registration for this program is required. Participants will hear from Lindsay Yoakam, a registered dietitian at SBMC, who will discuss how to maintain a healthy diet during the pandemic.

The LHD believes that good nutrition is a key component of a healthy lifestyle, with benefits that include helping to maintain a healthy weight, supporting the immune system and improving cholesterol levels.

For more information or to register, contact Livingston Health Educator Jessica Kelly at jekelly@livingstonnj.org or 973-535-7961 ext. 227 or 228. Zoom meeting information will be shared upon registration.
